I love this! Many people expect instant results from their workouts.

“I don’t understand!” “I’ve been doing 500 sit-ups a night but I still don’t have a six-pack.”

Sorry, but beer, pizza, chips, and cookies are not part of the plan.

Ab definition is hard to achieve. It requires specific goals, clean eating, and discipline.
What does that mean? Unless you are already lean, it means reducing body fat with high-intensity training, core work, and a clean diet.

Simple enough! The question is, how bad do you want it?

    Mine is showing up even with all the chocolate I eat. I think body type also has a lot to do with it. Not everyone gains weight in their tummy first, and some people naturally build muscle faster than others.
