Fresh Ginger Carrot Smoothie

Carrots are an inexpensive vegetable that provides lots of bang for the buck.  I purchased a 1 lb bag today at the grocery store for $1.35 and they were ORGANIC.  I buy these every week to use in soups, smoothies, juices, steamed vegetables, etc.

Here is an easy recipe for a delicious, inexpensive smoothie packed with nutrition:


2 Cups Of Organic Carrots Chopped

2 (Cutie) Oranges

1 tsp of Cinnamon

1 inch Ginger root

1 cup of Organic Coconut Milk

Crushed Ice

*Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
