When you’re desperate to workout and you can’t teach your group fitness classes or go to the gym; you settle for your home gym. Time to break out the old TOTAL GYM!

HOME GYM WORKOUT- This workout felt pretty good and kept my heart rate elevated. Repeated 3x

 

  1. BATTLE ROPE WAVE:  1 minute

 

2.  TOTAL GYM OBLIQUES- 12 reps each side

3. CLEAN & PRESS12 Reps

 

4. TOTAL GYM LAT ROW– 12 Reps

5. BATTLE ROPE WAVE: 1 minute

 

6. BARBELL BICEP CURL: 12 Reps

 

7.  TRICEP PUSH UP PLANK JACK: 12 Reps
