AB BLASTER WORKOUT & SUMMER SALAD

It’s so hard to find a new normal these days; the world seems so chaotic. I still feel like I’m in the TWILIGHT ZONE! I haven’t been blogging and I’m still not back at work. I’m currently teaching virtual fitness classes but it’s been a challenge to get in my groove.

I have been able to keep a fairly consistent workout schedule. I’m back to working out with weights three times a week and inserting short cardio workouts with abs and glute training. Here is my quick and easy AB BLASTER workout. I did this 3x and it was a quick and challenging workout. I followed my training with a delicious summer salad: spinach, celery, cucumbers, red onions, gala apples, avocado, and flaxseed! ENJOY 🙂
