Unconscious Habits We Develop

Habits can strengthen or destroy us. Luckily I always loved being active growing up; I thrived on the endorphin rush. I’m so thankful I selected a career that reinforced healthy habits. Although I started a career in nursing,  fitness was my passion and unfortunately, the average salary in the health and fitness industry was significantly lower.

Now it’s my job to stay healthy and fit in order to set a good example for my clients and be able to instruct at peak levels in my classes. I’m so thankful I selected a career that reinforced healthy habits because after all, you can’t put a price on your health. Therefore, working out and eating healthy foods have become unconscious habits for me; I don’t think about them- I just do them. HOW COOL IS THAT? If you are going to have an unconscious habit, that’s a great one to have.
